Harvard University Law Library
The reading room is our most dramatic and impressive space in the library, if not in the law school. Unfortunately, the central seating area had significant design problems in terms of furniture.
After discussing our needs with Robert Loring, I selected several sizes of tables. Each of which would include the design motif of the Greek cross that was used in numerous other places in the library.
“I am pleased to report that the tables are of excellent quality and have made a dramatic difference in the success of this seating area. Besides being functional, they are exceptionally beautiful, and are holding up to heavy use extremely well.
(Dovetail) was responsive to our design needs and the work was completed in the specified time. In essence Dovetail solved a significant problem for us with ease and with beautiful furniture.”
